myACR Customer Portal
You do not need to call anyone to find out where your shipment is.
What actually wears you down in a customs process is not the work, it is the uncertainty. Has the container arrived at the port, has the declaration been registered, which document is missing, what will the cost come to — getting the answer to these questions means calling, waiting for a reply to an email, asking the same question again two days later.
myACR was built so that ACR Gümrük Müşavirliği's customers can see the answers to these questions from their own dashboard. We run the operation; you see it in real time, exactly as it stands.
What's in myACR
Which stage your shipment is at right now
Every shipment is logged together with the stages it passes through. You see for yourself, from the portal, which step has been completed and where the process stands. You don't have to wait for office hours to ask "where has my shipment got to".
Your documents, with version history, in one place
Invoices, bills of lading, packing lists, certificates of origin and similar paperwork are gathered under the shipment. When a document is updated, the old one is not deleted — it is added as a new version. So there is no confusion over which is the latest version of a document, or who uploaded it and when. No more searching for documents in email attachments.
Your declaration's status and history
Your registered declaration appears in the portal along with its status and the actions taken on it. You don't need to check in with us to find out what stage the declaration is at; the archive stays in the same place too, so it is easy to find, even years later.
Your invoices and account statement at a glance
Invoices issued, itemised breakdowns, payments made and your running account activity are all on the same dashboard. Which cost belongs to which shipment, what has been paid, what remains — you don't need to exchange files with us to reconcile this with your accounting.
Email and mobile notifications
When something moves forward in your process, the system lets you know: by email, and with an instant push notification to your phone if you use the myACR mobile app. You don't have to keep the portal open and check it constantly; you also decide for yourself which notifications you want through which channel.
Role-based access for your team
More than one person from your company can log in to the portal, and each person sees only their own part of the work. Your accountant looks at invoices, the colleague running the shipment looks at operations. You decide who has access, and when staff change, access is closed from a single place.
A list of what is expected from you
What usually holds up a process is a missing signature or a document that hasn't arrived yet. myACR lists these as tasks: what is being asked of you, for which shipment. So the reason for a delay is visible at the time, not after the fact.
One System, Two Separate Doors
myACR is made up of two panels. The first is the operations panel our team works from; our customs staff, our port team and our managers run the work there. The second is the customer portal you log in to.
What this distinction means for you: the information you see in the portal is not a report specially prepared to show you. It is the operation's own record. When a stage is completed it is logged in the panel, and you see the same record. There is no manually-updated spreadsheet in between that someone forgets to update.
On the customer side, access is split by role: the company owner, an authorised person, a staff member and an accountant each look at the same account through a different window. You do not have to open all of your company's data to everyone — this matters both for internal order and for the protection of personal data.
Who It Is For
myACR is designed for companies that import or export regularly, with several shipments in progress at once. For a business with a single file a month, one phone call is enough; but when a company has eight containers at different stages, it is not possible to keep track of where each file stands in your head. That is exactly where the difficulty starts.
Our office is in Antalya, and we run our operations across Türkiye. This produces one of the portal's most concrete benefits: while your shipment is being handled at a customs office in another city, you still follow the process from the same screen. transportation and lashing / chocking — transport-side work like this is gathered under the same shipment record too; customs clearance and transport are not tracked in separate places.
Where to Access myACR
myACR lives at acrlojistik.com, the platform we run our operations on. Because customs clearance, transport and load safety are handled by one team, your shipment record is also gathered in a single portal. You get your login details from our team.
