HALF A CENTURY OF EXPERTISE
50 years of customs know-how, operating at the speed of light.
ACR GÜMRÜK MÜŞAVİRLİĞİ ANTALYA
We don't catch the risky file after registration — we catch it before.
We prepare your import and export declaration, register it, and stand behind it.
OPERATIONS NETWORK
The same team runs your file at the customs points of Antalya, Mersin, Istanbul, Mudanya, Gemlik and Izmir.
DEEP MARBLE EXPERTISE
In marble exports, weight limits, VGM and container loading issues are familiar ground for us — your shipment will not be the first.
THE PROCESS, ON SCREEN
Your file runs through the myACR portal: document flow, declaration status and the archive are visible without having to call and ask.
A WARNING BEFORE THE ERROR
Risky areas are flagged before the declaration is registered. And because we have our own staff on site, if your shipment is selected for inspection, you find out the moment it happens.
THE PORT CHANGES, THE BROKER DOESN'T
We're at 6 customs points. If your freight shifts to another port, your power of attorney, records and point of contact stay the same: Antalya, Mersin, Istanbul, Mudanya, Gemlik and Izmir.
NO LOST DAYS ON QUOTES
We reply the same day to requests received during business hours. We don't promise the authority's timeline — we promise our own.
FIELD 1 — SERVICE DEFINITION
THE DECLARATION IS CLEANED UP AT THE DESK, NOT OUT IN THE FIELD.
FIELD 2 — PROCESS TIMELINE
We don't promise a day count in advance
We can't promise how long customs inspections or backlogs will take — once we see your file, we tell you which factors apply.
FIELD 3 — PRE-REGISTRATION CHECK
Risk areas are flagged before registration
We look for errors before the declaration is registered; if we have staff on site, any development during inspection is reported the moment it happens.
GTİP (Türkiye's 12-digit HS-based tariff code) identification and document checks close out before the container arrives — the penalty risk is caught in the file, not at the port.
GET YOUR FILE REVIEWEDADVANCE GTİP DETERMINATION
The tariff position is set in writing before the goods arrive, together with any permits it requires.
WHY IT MATTERS
A wrong position after registration means correction or additional assessment. A written determination makes clear from the start where responsibility lies.

DOCUMENT CHECK
Invoice, packing list, transport document and any required permits pass through a single checklist; gaps or inconsistencies are caught before the container arrives.
WHY IT MATTERS
Waiting and extra handling are the cost of missing paperwork. If the check finishes before the port, that cost never starts.
Notice · the day it is found

FILE TRACKING
Your file's status is visible in the myACR portal — document flow and declaration status, without picking up the phone.
WHY IT MATTERS
"It's waiting at customs" is not an answer. The stage and who owns it — that is the answer.

LET'S TALK ABOUT YOUR NEXT SHIPMENT, FILE IN HAND
REQUEST A PRE-REVIEWWhich factors are at play in your shipment?
Five short questions; at the end you get a summary made for your shipment. We don't give you a number or a day count — we tell you which factors, which documents and which cost items are at play in your shipment.
STEP 1/5
What is your direction?
Your file falls into one of 4 lines
We don't answer "how long will it take?" with a number of days. What determines the timeline isn't our speed, but which line the file falls into and whether the documents are complete. No one can guarantee this in advance — but we can tell you upfront what happens in each line and who does what at that point.
Green line
No document or physical inspection; the goods go straight to the delivery stage.
Delivery and inland transport are planned the same day. Because haulage and loading safety are also handled by us, no third-party firm comes in between.
Blue line
The goods are delivered without waiting for inspection; the check is carried out afterwards through company records.
The speed advantage brings a later audit risk: we keep the declaration, invoice and transport documents archived and ready for that later check.
Yellow line
Documents are checked. Any mismatch between the invoice, packing list and transport document shows up here.
We check for these mismatches as we set up your file. On a file in the yellow line, we also handle the correspondence with the authority.
Red line
Physical inspection, sampling or a laboratory test comes into play; the process takes longer.
Our own staff is on site during the inspection. You hear about developments the moment they happen, not after the job is done.
The line is determined together by the type of product, its tariff classification, whether it requires additional permits, and the mode of transport. Once we see your file, we tell you exactly which of these factors apply to your business.
Whichever port your cargo enters through, the file doesn't change hands
When customs clearance, inland transport and loading safety (blocking and bracing / loading supervision) aren't split across separate firms, the difference becomes concrete in two high-risk shipment types.
Marble: a container hits its weight limit long before its volume is full; if the centre of gravity is positioned wrong, risk builds up throughout transport, and if the verified gross mass (VGM) declaration doesn't match the actual weight, the container may not be allowed onto the ship. If the loading plan, in-container layout, securing and VGM aren't managed by one team, they stop matching up with each other.
Fresh fruit and vegetables: the cost of a delay is physical, not administrative — shelf life and the cold chain run on the clock; if a sailing is missed, waiting turns into lost quality.

The whole file stays with one team
Customs clearance, transport and loading safety aren't split across separate firms. When something comes up, you knock on one door, and that's where you get your answer.

We've seen your sector's pitfalls before
Every product group has its own tariff classification, its own permit documents and its own classic pitfalls. The difference between fixing a file three times and setting it up correctly once is both money and days.

The most common questions before a quote
If you can't find your answer here, the fastest way is to ask by phone.
How long does customs clearance take?+
We don't give a fixed number of days, because the timeline varies by transaction type: it's determined by the inspection line the declaration falls into, how complete the documents are, whether the product requires an additional permit, the mode of transport and how busy the authority is. Once we see your file, we tell you plainly which factors are at play and where you might end up waiting.
Where do you provide service?+
Our office is in Antalya, but our work isn't tied to one city: we actively track files today at Antalya, Mersin, Istanbul, Mudanya, Gemlik and Izmir customs and port points. Whichever of these your cargo arrives at, the number you call stays the same.
Which sectors do you have experience in?+
On the export side, we mainly work with marble producers, fresh fruit and vegetables, and manufacturers; on the import side, with agricultural products, chemicals, the healthcare sector (hospitals and hospital equipment), toys and seafood.
What do I need to get a quote?+
In the form, your full name, company name, phone number and import/export direction are enough. If you like, you can also add details such as cargo type, GTİP and deadline for a more accurate quote.
What is the myACR portal?+
myACR is our client portal where you can track your shipments, documents, declaration status and account balance, all from one place.
