What Data Is Processed?

The Company may process the following types of personal data with the data subject's explicit consent, and, in the cases set out in Articles 5 and 6 of the Law, without explicit consent:

• Identity data such as name and surname
• Contact data such as phone number and email
• Information submitted through the quote/request form on the Platform: name and surname, phone, (optional) email, country, cargo type, GTİP, timeline, and message content
• Customer review, feedback, and complaint data

What Are the Purposes of Processing Personal Data?

The Company processes personal data for the following purposes, without limitation to those listed, and for similar purposes:

• Evaluating quote/request applications submitted through the Platform and contacting the data subject to respond
• Recording name, surname, and other contact information for communication purposes
• Being able to evaluate customer complaints and suggestions regarding our services

What Measures Have Been Taken to Protect Personal Data?

The Company undertakes to take all necessary technical and administrative measures, under the conditions set out in the Law and in this Notice, to ensure the safekeeping of personal data, to prevent its unlawful processing and unlawful access, and to prevent data breaches.

To Which Parties Is Personal Data Transferred?

Your collected personal data may be shared, for the storage of such data or for the lawful purposes set out in this Notice, with third parties within Turkey and/or abroad with whom the Company has a contractual relationship, and with public institutions and organisations authorised to request such data.

The Platform uses Google Analytics (GA4) to measure visit statistics; in this context, your IP address and site usage data may be transferred to the servers of Google LLC (based in the United States), i.e. abroad. This transfer begins only if you select "Accept" in our cookie notice and is based on your explicit consent under Article 9 of the Law. If you change your preference to "Decline", GA4 is never loaded and any related cookies already set are deleted; you may change your preference at any time via the "Cookie preferences" button at the bottom of the site.

For How Long Is Personal Data Retained?

The Company retains personal data for the period required by the purposes of processing set out in this Notice. Upon expiry of these periods, the relevant data is deleted or destroyed in accordance with the Law.

What Are Your Rights as a Data Subject?

Under Article 11 of the Law, you may apply to the Company to exercise the following rights:

• Learning whether your personal data is being processed,
• Requesting information if your personal data has been processed,
• Learning the purpose of processing your personal data and whether it is used in accordance with that purpose,
• Knowing the third parties, in Turkey or abroad, to whom your personal data has been transferred,
• Requesting correction of your personal data if it has been processed incompletely or incorrectly,
• Requesting the deletion or destruction of your personal data under the conditions set out in Article 7 of the Law,
• Requesting that the actions taken under the two items above be notified to the third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred,
• Objecting to a result that is to your detriment arising from the analysis of your processed data exclusively through automated systems,
• Requesting compensation for damage you suffer as a result of unlawful processing of your personal data.

How to Apply

To exercise the rights above, you may apply to the Company using one of the methods set out in the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller:

• In writing, with a wet-ink signed petition, to Elmalı, Ömer Lütfi Yalçınkaya İş Merkezi, 17. Sk., Muratpaşa/Antalya,
• Via secure electronic signature or mobile signature,
• Via email from the address you have previously notified to the Company and that is registered in our records, sent to info@acrgumruk.com.

Written applications must include, so that we can verify your identity: your full name, your Turkish ID number (for foreign nationals: nationality and passport number or, if available, ID number), your residential or business address for service of notice, your email address if applicable for notice, your phone and fax number, and information and documents relating to the subject of your request.

Your application will be concluded free of charge, depending on its nature, within thirty (30) days at the latest; however, if the process requires an additional cost, a fee determined by the Personal Data Protection Board may be charged.
